Sleepy's TOS

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Full payment is sent upfront, unless agreed otherwise.- I only accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp.- I will only issue refunds if still in the sketch phase OR if I am physically unable to complete the piece.- You will be added to my queue after I have received payment. My queue is available to the public.- Please give me a CLEAR and CURRENT reference sheet. I will NOT work off up verbal/text description unless you are paying for a custom design.- I WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ACCEPT AI GENERATED REFERENCE SHEETS.- Commissions may take anywhere between 1 week to 2 months to complete, I will keep you updated on any progress and setbacks that occur.- Make sure to thoroughly review any WIP (work in progress) pictures I send to you, and tell me if there is anything that needs to be changed at that stage. If you confirm for me to continue and then ask for big changes afterwards, it will be a $5 fee per edit.- Once your piece is finished and you confirm everything to be correct, you cannot ask for future changes to that piece. I do not save layers after you have confirmed a piece to be completed.- If you are weird/disrespectful to me during the commission process, I will refund and cancel your commission.- I have the right to refuse any commission.

For Physcial Commissions:

- I cannot control delays with manufacturing or shipping, but I will keep you as updated as I possibly can.- If a mistake happens with your piece in manufacturing, I cannot control it, but I will work with the manufacturer to fix what I can.- Once I have shipped your item to you, I will give you a tracking number.- If your item is lost in shipping, I am more than happy to make and ship a new one! All I ask is you cover the new shipping.- In order to ship your item, I will need a FULL NAME and ADDRESS.

For character designs/adopts:

- Full payment is required before you receive the character.- Depending on character, I accept offers of money, art, and character trades. I will state what I am accepting on the post of the character.- Once you own a character made by me, you are allowed to edit the design as long as you credit the original design back to me.- You are allowed to gift, resell, or trade off designs/adopts I have made.- Do NOT sell for more than you purchased if art has not been added.

What I Will And Will Not Draw:

Will:

- Anthro and feral characters
- Any species, gender, and body type
- Any clothing style (to the best of my ability)
- LGBTQ+
- Ship/couples
- Candy/toony gore
- Bones
- Humanoids (Maybe)

Will not:

- Humans
- NSFW/kink
- Offensive gestures, symbols, or words (slurs included)
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia
- Heavy gore
